Spring has arrived at Vinya den Palerm, and with it not only flowers bloom but we do, too.
Something I know is that “sap rises in the Spring” so during these months it is really important that we work to balance the energy within us and make the most of all this internal spring revolution.
Not that I’m a scholar on inner peace, but these days I constantly hear Neus talking about it. She’s really taken this issue to heart and she wants all the island to do the same so she’s already organising some workshops for next April.
They all sound great, I’m not missing any!
The first workshop will take place the weekend from April 8th to 10th, it’s called “Connecting with the heart.”
Just the name of the workshop makes you want to sign up, even though it could be a course on cardiology or fusion cuisine, but I would sign up only because of such a poetic name.
You know I’m joking, since the workshop has nothing to do with that, but rather with what I was telling you about balancing mind and body.
Neus has designed this course with chi kung, alignment and meditation exercises and mantras based on ‘remember the path that leads to our main centre and from which co-creation is possible.’
For those of you not too versed in these concepts let me introduce you to what I’ve learnt:
Chi kung: An ancient Chinese technique that helps you be aware of your energy, activate and mobilize it.
Alignment: An energy technique that helps you connect with your essence, align the energy of your Chakras and your energy-self.
Meditation: Different types of meditation exercises to help you connect with the heart.
Mantras: The sacred language that will help you raise your vibration.
It will be a weekend of intense work, in which we will reconnect with the heart, activating its original function and consolidating the power of Love in our lives. Don’t say it doesn’t sound interesting!
And if you’re left wanting more, from April 15th to 17th there’ll be a very special workshop for women (and fairies) in which we will work our inner connection through the wood element, which in Chinese medicine is related to Spring.
During this weekend we will learn how to activate the purposes that bloom in each of us with the new season. And we will enjoy Chi kung exercises, walks, sunsets and dances, to enliven our energy in a creative and expansive way.
I’m dying for April to come! What about you? Did I spark your desire?
If you want to come to any of these weekends to balance your energy and your inner person with us, talk directly with Neus, she’ll give you the best information. You can contact her here.
‘Til next time friend!
